RawMapGreenbox’s farm, located 3,000 meters above sea level in the valley of Tarma, is surrounded by crisp mountain air and fertile Andean valleys where many exotic products flourish. Our farm is also the gateway to the Amazon highland jungle, where we harvest many varieties of our tropical fruits. This area enjoys excellent weather conditions, contrasting temperatures, and high solar intensity. This permits higher yields of nutrients and heartier varieties of fruit with increased health benefits.

The valley of Tarma has always been a special place. In ancient times, it was a strategic territory for the Incas due to its location and natural wealth. The Qhapaq Ñan, or Inca Trail, still passes through this area and was once widely utilized for trade and travel, since it connected the northern and southern territories of the Incan empire to the coast, highlands and jungle.
